Lilia Darbinyan is a school owner, school principal, nonprofit leader, small-business advocate, wife, and mother who believes strong communities begin with supported families and quality opportunities for children.

As the owner and school principal of Heritage Private Elementary School, Lilia works closely with students, parents, teachers, and staff every day. Her experience managing a school has taught her how to lead with compassion, balance budgets, oversee employees, navigate regulations, and make thoughtful decisions that put people first.
